Hi guys,
I am not the best person to install plugins (sadly) and I work at a company where I am the only person who does 3d and works in Maya. My issue is installing Vray. My boss has ordered it for me and I received the dongle by mail. I did the step by step process that Vray have on their website on installing but I am not sure I did it correctly even tho I followed each step. So when I open up Maya, I went into plug in managers and clicked all boxes that applied for vray to be turned on. I see that there is now a Vray tab on my shelf and in the render settings there is now a Vray in the pull down menu. However I am getting an error when trying to render (after I set up the settings to my liking) saying:
// Error: Could not obtain an interface license (-200)!
What did I do wrong? Thanks ahead of time for all who helps me with this issue.
