In Maya 2016 the Undo command works a bit differently in that when you use it multiple times it doesn't jump to the frame you were on when you made the change (set a key, rotated a controller etc). I get why this is more optimized but for character animation workflow the older way was more intuitive IMO as you could see exactly what you were undoing each step as you would see the exact pose you were changing/reverting for each undo.
Is there any way to modify the undo command so it works as it did in 2015 and older?
- -- EDIT - ah I found it just after I posted - Prefs>Undo > enable 'Undoable Time changes'
Cheers,
Brian
