maya weight paint influence not save

Hi there,

i'm using maya 2015 and i got a issue with weight paint. after i used paint skin weight tool it's not saving properly Ex ( first i paint weight bone 1 then jump to second bone and after i done second bone the first bone not work fine the paint weight changed ) then i used hold option and pain few bones but the same issues with previously painted bones
