Reusing a shader

Hi,
I'm working on a project in a clay/stop motion kind of look.
All the materials are really the same clay shader only with different color and bump inputs.
I'm wondering if there is a more efficient way to reuse the clay material on different colored objects instead of copy/pasting the network each time. This seems to slow down my graph and scene a lot. And if I make a change somewhere I have to do it on every single shader again.
Is it maybe possible to instance certain nodes and still be able to plug in unique maps for every object?

I'm using Maya 2016
