Arnold batch render delay

Hello everybody!
I found a little issue with the licensing and batch render delay.
When I do the batch render in maya It takes about 10 seconds before start each next frame.
If we checked off license check It start rendering without delaying but then I`ve got a watermarks.
How to fix It?
