Xgen Unable to move Guide Root?

For some odd reason I'm unable to move any guide roots in Xgen? Usually I could use the Add/move guide tool then ctrl-drag them.

But for some reason when I drag them, it doesn't move or do anything at all in Maya 2018? 


Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
