Randomize UV offset without changing object UV

Hey all! 

So, let's say I have 2000 copies/instances of a rock or something. I have the same material and texturing on all of them. To get some variation in the texture, I would like to move the texture around a bit on each of them so they won't look exactly the same. Is this possible WITHOUT having to change the actual UV's on the objects? I've been experimenting with using colorJitter or userData nodes plugged into the placement node, but haven't had any luck yet. 

Do any of you know a solution?
