Checking Normals in 2016

So what I usually do is hit two sided shading in the viewport and flip the normals on the faces that are black... However, I have just "upgraded" to 2016 and when I do it now, nothing change : none of the faces go black so I have to go in and check thenormal direction on every face... there must be a simpler way, of get inverted normals to appear black in the viewport like they did in 2015 ??
