Hello Maya folks!
Please forgive this very simple question. I'm an animator and not a modeler: Is there an easy way to create, essentially, a sphere with a wedge cut out so that I can animate the angle of the wedge?
Or, put a different way: Is it possible to cap off the "hole" in a NURBS Sphere so that the sphere looks complete while I'm animating the sweep to different values?
I find that I'm really stuck on this one, and any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!
