Problem with Rigging eye

Hello,

I am rigging a model and i have smooth bind the model and set up most of the control curves.


There is a translation offset problem with my model's eye when i rotate the hips or neck control curves, as the below images.

I use Aim constraint to control the rotation of the eye, its totally functional if i dont rotate both neck and hips.

I am not good at rigging and really appreciate if anyone can help.
