Move with arrow keys?

Hello!
Thanks for taking to time to read my thread.

Is it possible to move an object pixel by pixel with the arrow keys?
For example:
-In front view
-object selected
-taps arrow key to get curve/geo into place

Something like I can do in AE and Flash and paint and photoshop and many others?
Sometimes I have a hard time approximating with a mouse (even a gaming one with dpi shifting abilities)
